    If you have landed here...bless your soul.  Welcome to our little tiny corner of the cyber world, based out of Cincinnati, Ohio. Below you will see favorites from our sessions we do professionally, and also loads of personal nonsense that we hope at least will entertain you.  If nothing less, you can keep up on our adorable children.  Really, they are worth the trip back here time and time again in and of itself.

    My name is Jess.  My hubby is Brett.  We are crazy about each other, our 4 babies, and our art.  Welcome to our world.

I know, I know….

I have not been blogging this week, and now things are getting a weeee bit backed up over here!! If you are waiting on your post, thank you for your patience.  (I hate when the blog falls behind….)  But I’m telling you, it is coming!  Here is a little sneak peek at the beautiful wedding that will be up Monday.

Happy weekend everyone!

Victoria {senior}

In our emailing with one another, Victoria and I talked about our common love of  musician, Ryan Adams.  I shared with her that I have been listening to him over a decade, and she was probably like 6 or 7 when I first began listening to his music.  (Insert overwhelming feeling of getting old….)

Victoria loves music.  Not only does she love listening to great artists, but she also plays an instrument herself.  She really had hoped for a “non-cheesy” photo of her with the flute.  She said she searched and searched through different photography galleries to see if such a thing existed, but found nothing.  She came to me and said, “If someone can pull it off, I knew you could.”  At that point I gladly accepted the challenge.:)

Reading and Journalism are both other loves of hers.

So, did we meet the challenge?  I like to think we did. :)

Thanks so much Victoria for having us do your Senior photos!  Best of luck in all you do in your future!

taylor {senior}

Meet Taylor!

She is a driven girl with fantastic hopes and dreams.  She is determined, well-planned, and has a giant heart to go along with it.

Lucky us, to get such beautiful and bright, super sweet girls to work with!

I seriously loved all of Taylor’s clothes.  I was about ready to ask if I could borrow some. ;)

Taylor is President of her Student Government and Spanish Club, and then also business and stage manager for her School Theatre.  Are you impressed?  I sure am!  I couldn’t have DREAMED of being that well put together my Senior year!

Oh, and she loves to swing too. :)

Taylor, all the best to you through your Senior year, and your future!  I can’t wait to see where you go.  I know you’ll  make it amazing. :)

The Land of Enchantment….

Ever had a story to tell that seemed so long, you are unsure of where to begin?

We returned this week from our family vacation in New Mexico. My thoughts are still lingering back to the painted landscapes, and I almost feel like I am continuing to wake from a beautiful dream.

Many more memories to share soon.
